Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Used products are not eligible for return. Personalized items are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact support@empireclubcs.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We may request photos or additional details to evaluate eligibility.

Inspection and Refund Timing

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or denial. If approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection to the original payment method. Processing times by banks or payment providers may vary.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted when appropriate, including for items returned in a condition different from how they were received or where part of an order is eligible for refund and part is not.
